CCLOS 0.35.4-rc.20261028
Changes since CCLOS 0.35.4-rc.20261025

Store
- New Store layout with a category sidebar, featured section, category shortcuts and a paged nine-cover row.
- Store uses the shared translucent glass panels so your selected wallpaper remains visible, matching the other menus.
- Listings come from the verified live server catalog. Covers are matched to real TitleIDs, with clear fallback states when artwork is unavailable.
- Added a complete category chooser, read-only product details, clearer availability/installed/queued information and refresh/page controls.
- Artwork loads asynchronously within bounded caches. Larger genuine covers are supported, and cached listings remain available when refresh fails.

Local games and offline use
- Improved discovery of loose XEX/XBE games and typed content packages, including nested game folders and saved Hdd1 paths.
- Added Manage folders with a folder picker, explicit scans, scan status and retained inventory after cancelled or failed scans.
- Tightened game classification so DLC, title updates and data-only folders are not treated as proof of an installed game.
- Local library browsing, details and supported game launching work without an active Xbox profile or online activation.
- Added optional Local/Full dashboard views and basic local preferences. Advanced settings retain the existing owner/PIN protections.
- Added clearer guidance for missing owner/profile state. Existing PINs and ownership records are preserved.

Setup and startup
- Updated OOBE with Quick and Custom setup, six stages, working Back navigation and a final review.
- Game discovery can be skipped or started from Home after setup, keeping the dashboard responsive.
- Preserved continuous setup music and replaced the previous long intro with the new ten-second cinematic.

Backup verification
- Added read-only verification of a saved backup against its SHA-256 companion.
- Raw NAND capture is unavailable; flashing and erase/write operations remain disabled.

Known limitations
- Some media can have audio/video synchronization issues, including after seeking; no synchronization fix is claimed in this release.
- The dashboard font lacks some accented, punctuation and temperature symbols.
- External-drive/partition coverage still needs physical testing with an attached game drive. Detecting an indie/XNA title does not enable its unqualified launch path.
- Native video-wallpaper memory gates remain open; the approved procedural backgrounds and overlays remain available.
- This is a release candidate. Hardware coverage and any remaining manual checks are recorded in QA-SUMMARY.txt.
